We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be more than just a clinician - you will be a trusted educator and an essential partner in our patients’ ongoing health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Care: Perform thorough scaling, root planing, debridement, and polishing to remove plaque, calculus, and stains.
- Assessments & Screenings: Conduct comprehensive periodontal evaluations, oral cancer screenings, and take/develop digital dental X-rays.
- Preventative Treatments: Apply fluoride varnishes, protective sealants, and other preventative agents as needed.
- Patient Education: Clear and patiently educate patients of all ages on proper brushing, flossing, nutritional impacts, and custom home-care strategies.
- Collaboration: Review and document patient medical histories, chart clinical findings accurately,



and consult seamlessly with the dentist on treatment plans.
- Safety & Sterilization: Maintain strict adherence to infection control, health and safety regulations, and proper instrument sterilization protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Licensure: Active, good-standing license/registration as a Dental Hygienist
- Education: Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates with exceptional hands-on aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital radiography and modern practice management software (e.g. AbelDENT or similar)
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and active listening skills to comfort anxious patients.
- High manual dexterity and a gentle, steady touch.
- Strong team player mindset who respects and supports fellow staff.

Pay: $54.00-$56.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
