Job Summary The Dental Office Floater supports daily clinic operations by moving between front-office and clinical tasks as needed. This adaptable role helps keep appointments, patient information, and team workflows organized, contributing to a welcoming and efficient experience for patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

- Welcome patients, assist with check-in , answer routine questions, and maintain accurate records.
- Support dental assisting tasks within established office procedures, preparing rooms and helping the care team stay organized.
- Support sterilization and instrument processing as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
- Incharge of inventory and stock supplies and help keep rooms and common areas well prepared
- Coordinate across reception and clinical areas, communicate schedule changes, and help maintain smooth patient flow.
- Use relevant office systems and terminology to locate information and support consistent documentation.

- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to close

Dental Floater Qualifications · Previous experience in a dental office is considered an asset

· Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help where needed

· Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude

· Comfortable assisting with cleaning, stocking, sterilization, and room preparation
