Responsible for managing the patient journey from the first point of contact through treatment completion and follow-up care. This includes scheduling appointments, sending confirmations, communicating with patients, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication with the clinical team. Also responsible for managing provider schedules, filling cancellations and open appointment slots, coordinating recall appointments, following up with overdue patients, and keeping daily operations organized and effective.
Compensation is based on individual productivity, with additional performance bonuses awarded for achieving established targets.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
