We are looking for a dental receptionist/ dental sterilization assistant to join our awesome team. If you are self-motivated, eager-to-learn, awesome team-player, with great work ethic and like making patient’s feel like family we would love to hear from you.

Dental Receptionist/ Sterilization Assistant Responsibilities:

- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
- Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
- Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.




- Communicating with medical insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments.
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
- Following manufacturers' instructions for maintaining sterilization equipment properly
- Preparing treatment rooms for procedures
- Recording information, such as sterilization processes and notes
- Restocking supplies and cleaning handpieces
- Sterilizing dental instruments according to procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour
