This is not your average VP role — this is an opportunity to shape, scale, and lead a digital commerce division backed by 30+ years of industry credibility and national reach. You’ll be responsible for building the e-commerce business from the ground up. From setting the strategy to leading the execution — everything from pricing and product roadmap to digital marketing and tech stack is in your domain. You’ll own the P&L;, develop high-performing teams, and collaborate across supply chain, marketing, and merchandising to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

YOU'LL BE IN CHARGE OF:Developing and executing a go-to-market and long-term e-commerce strategyOwning and optimizing the P&L; for digital channelsLeading cross-functional teams (tech, ops, marketing, supply chain) toward ambitious growth targetsDriving customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty with performance-based strategiesSelecting, managing, and evolving the e-commerce tech stack and vendor relationshipsOverseeing regulatory compliance, privacy standards, and cybersecurity protocolsBuilding strategic partnerships and third-party integrations that fuel scalable growthDriving analytics,



A/B testing, and experimentation to boost conversion and customer lifetime valueABOUT YOU:10+ years in e-commerce leadership with a track record of profitable scalingExperience in Apparel, Homegoods, Luxury Retail, or Omnichannel consumer brandsStrong P&L; management and comfort operating at both strategic and execution levelsData-driven decision-maker who understands UX, retention, and digital funnelsEntrepreneurial, collaborative, and agile — thrives in fast-paced and evolving environmentsBonus: Background in launching new market entries or DTC modelsYOUR STYLE:You're scrappy but strategic.
