You will guide clients through recruiting technology journeys while connecting recruiting processes with broader HR strategies. The work spans solution design, implementation, integration, governance, and optimization.

Minimum eight years in HR technology consultingAt least five years focused on SAP SuccessFactors RecruitingDeep expertise in RCM, RMK, integrations, and complianceExperience leading complex, multi-country technology transformationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related fieldBring SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting leadership, configuration expertise, and stakeholder influence to EY’s global HR Technology practice.
