Our client is a growing Design-Build firm serving commercial and corporate businesses throughout the lower mainland. As Senior Interior Designer, you will lead projects across space planning, conceptual design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. You will collaborate with designers, construction managers, consultants, vendors, and clients throughout each phase.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from space planning through construction administrationCreate CAD drawings for permits, tenders,



and construction packagesCoordinate documents with design teams and consultantsCommunicate regularly with clients about project needsReview shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and site coordinationRequirements:
Degree or diploma from a CIDA accredited Interior Design program8+ years with a recognized Interior Design or Architectural firmProficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and SketchUpStrong building code, technical, presentation, and visualization knowledgeExcellent communication, organization, and time management skillsApply senior interior design expertise to Vancouver tenant improvement projects requiring technical coordination, creativity, and consistent client communication.
