Mackenzie Health in Canada is seeking a Patient Access Representative - Central Intake to validate, coordinate, and manage diagnostic imaging referrals across the DI Central Intake Hub. You will apply QA practices, ensure data integrity, and support clinical readiness and operational workflows with regional partners.

Working with providers, patients, and internal teams, you will monitor referral quality, respond to inquiries, and help route referrals based on criteria and urgency.
