The Director, Enterprise Process & Business Readiness leads transformation activities for SAP deployment across IPEX’s network. Reporting to the VP, ERP Business Transformation, this senior business counterpart partners with ERP Delivery, Change & Training, Data Governance, business process owners, site leaders, and IT. The focus includes process standardization, stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, deployment governance, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities





Develop the enterprise business readiness strategy for ERP deploymentEstablish future-state processes using SAP standard capabilitiesLead readiness reviews with executives and governance teamsDrive adoption across manufacturing, supply chain, and functional teamsCoordinate master data governance, controls, and qualityRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or businessTen to fifteen years of progressive leadership experienceExperience leading large-scale, multi-year ERP deploymentsExperience deploying standardized processes across manufacturing locationsExperience influencing senior operational and functional leadersBring SAP deployment leadership, process standardization, and organizational readiness expertise to IPEX’s enterprise transformation program.
