This GTM Engineer role focuses on turning manual go-to-market processes into reviewed agents. You will build lead and account workflows, connect systems through n8n, Clay, or custom code, and help business teams supervise outputs. The work spans Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Connect agents with APIs, n8n, Clay, and custom workflowsMaintain outbound reply, audience, call-list, and event workflowsDesign flows with BDRs, AEs, and Customer Success teamsTrain users to supervise agent outputs and exceptionsDocument edge cases and flag workflow breakages earlyRequirements:
Passion for AI coding harnesses such as Claude Code or ConductorThree or more years in technical GTM, RevOps, or growth engineeringExperience reviewing LLM output quality and building custom agentsWorking knowledge of Cargo, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar toolsOwnership from workflow idea through live agent deliveryBring AI development, workflow automation, and business collaboration skills to Gorgias’s production GTM agent systems.
