At Excellent Question, you will own a strategic area of an agentic user research platform. You will work with product, design, and engineering while reporting to the Head of Product. The work spans customer research, product analytics, prototypes, launches, and measurable outcomes.

Identify product bets using data and customer signalsScope problems, prototype solutions, and set prioritiesKeep engineering work organized, detailed, and on scheduleCoordinate launches with Sales, Success, and MarketingEvaluate results and decide whether to iterate or stopRequirements:
Five or more years managing products in B2B softwareComfort with product analytics, database queries, and customer callsExperience shipping complex work without lowering qualityDaily use of Claude Code or CursorExperience shipping AI features in productionBring decisive product judgment, customer closeness, and hands-on AI experience to Great Question’s strategic product areas.
