As Executive Assistant, you will support the Interim Chief Legal Officer, counsel, and department leadership. The position covers document preparation, calendar management, meetings, travel, financial administration, contracts, records, and departmental operations. Your work supports regulatory affairs, Indigenous relations, human resources, civil litigation, business development, and commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, edit, format, proofread, and review legal documentsManage Legal Team calendars, meetings, travel, and eventsCoordinate contracts, signatures, electronic filing,



and department recordsReview legal invoices and track external legal spendingAssemble weekly reports for Senior Management Committee meetingsRequirements:
10+ years of executive-level administrative experienceAdvanced Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel knowledgeExperience with executive calendar managementStrong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skillsDiscretion handling confidential information and willingness to travelBring executive administration, legal coordination, and sound judgment to Trans Mountain’s Calgary Legal department in this full time position.
