About the Role The Digital Asset Investment & Treasury Specialist will focus on cryptocurrency investment research, digital asset treasury management, and the development of financial strategies across traditional and blockchain-based markets. The role combines portfolio analysis, liquidity management, capital allocation, and financial risk assessment to support efficient treasury operations and informed investment decisions. Working with finance, treasury, and investment professionals, the specialist will evaluate cryptocurrency market conditions, monitor digital asset exposures, and develop strategies to optimize liquidity, capital preservation, and investment performance.

This position offers exposure to cryptocurrency treasury operations, stablecoin liquidity management, digital asset portfolio strategies, and emerging decentralized financial technologies.

What You'll Do





- Develop and evaluate digital asset investment strategies, cryptocurrency treasury frameworks, and portfolio allocation models
- Research Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and decentralized finance protocols to identify investment and treasury management opportunities
- Analyze cryptocurrency portfolio performance, cash flow requirements, liquidity positions, and risk-adjusted investment returns
- Monitor digital asset market volatility, transaction costs, counterparty exposure, and liquidity conditions across cryptocurrency exchanges
- Evaluate treasury diversification strategies, capital allocation methodologies, digital asset custody arrangements, and financial risk management frameworks
- Prepare treasury performance reports, investment research assessments, financial forecasts, and strategic capital management recommendations
- Collaborate with finance, investment research, and treasury professionals to improve digital asset monitoring, liquidity planning, and blockchain-based financial operations

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cryptocurrency investment research, portfolio management, financial analysis, or digital asset operations
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, digital asset investment strategies, and corporate treasury management principles




- Experience with financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, portfolio analysis, and investment risk assessment
- Familiarity with stablecoins, decentralized finance, cryptocurrency exchanges, digital asset custody, and blockchain-based payment infrastructure
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with proficiency in Excel, treasury management systems, or financial research platforms; Python or SQL experience is an advantage
- Excellent financial judgment, research, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline preferred; CFA, CTP, or demonstrated personal cryptocurrency investing and portfolio management experience is an advantage

Compensation

CAD 115,000 - CAD 125,000 per year in proposed gross base salary, depending on experience, digital asset expertise, and treasury management qualifications.
