We are looking to grow our team and are seeking an experienced Digital Dental Technician for our full service laboratory located in North Vancouver. The position involves designing, full mouth cases, crowns and bridges, implant abutments and other dental prosthetics using CAD/CAM software and digital scanners.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

Milling Operations: Calibrate, operate, and maintain high-end dental mills (Ivoclar PM7) to mill Zirconia, PMMA, CoCr, Titanium abutments, and lithium disilicate (e.max).

CAD/CAM DesignPerform 3D digital scanning of models and impressions in 3shape, design print/mill and finish custom nightguards, print models, surgical guides, dentacast, temporary crowns

Quality Control: Finish, contour, and inspect milled restorations to ensure high precision and compliance with clinical prescriptions.

Lab Maintenance:



Monitor material inventory, manage milling tool lifespans, and perform routine technical troubleshooting.

Employment Requirements

- Education: College diploma in Dental Technology Sciences or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CAD/CAM design and digital milling operations.
- Skills: Strong technical command of digital dentistry materials (Titanium, Zirconia, e.max) and precise manual dexterity.

Salary will be base on the experience you bring to the position and can be discussed at time of interview. Job Type: Full time

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
