Reporting to the Manager
- Metallurgy, the Chief Metallurgist directs metallurgical processes, reporting, and team leadership. You will support commissioning, ramp-up, and regular operations through procedures, technical inputs, and reports. The position covers continuous improvement, production forecasting, cyanide detoxification, water balance, metal accounting, and process information systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Engineering, or equivalent requiredProfessional designation or certification in a related area requiredMinimum 10 years’ metallurgical or mineral processing experienceAt least two years in senior supervisory workAbility to work remotely on a two weeks on, two weeks off rotationBring gold metallurgy, analytical problem-solving, and leadership expertise to Blackwater Mine’s developing processing operations in British Columbia.
