Our Client is seeking a
Senior Business Analyst
to support a major
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
replacement program. This is a
contract role
based in
Edmonton, AB, working
hybrid (2 days onsite per week), supporting discovery/design activities and end-to-end program delivery.What you’ll do
Lead and facilitate
requirements workshops ;
document current/future-state processes and best-practice requirementsSupport
systems development/integration/implementation
activities across the program lifecycleContribute to
data migration
planning (data requirements, mapping, documenting data integration flows)Partner with business and IT stakeholders across areas like
HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Asset/Work ManagementSupport
QA/testing phases
and help drive stakeholder readiness and knowledge transferMust-have qualifications
10+ years
skilled experience in
Information Technology5+ years
experience as a
Business AnalystDemonstrated experience across
full project lifecycle
(design → configuration/development → testing → implementation) on
large-scale ERP/EAM and/or billing transformation
initiatives3+ years
experience with
Oracle Fusion
and/or




3+ years
experience with
IBM Maximo (SaaS)Strong
written/oral communication
and ability to build effective working relationshipsAbility to lead
small–medium working groups
and maintain program documentationComfortable with
data analysis
and
basic database query toolsNice-to-have
Experience with
Oracle Fusion HCMFlexibility to take on a mix of
BA + QA/testing
