The Procurement Specialist supports procurement across all vendor recruitment phases for the Ontario Line Elevated Guideway and Stations project. The work requires construction experience, commercial acumen, procurement policy knowledge, negotiation skills, and SAP proficiency. Collaboration with departments, stakeholders, vendors, and the Client ensures awards meet project requirements, budget constraints, and best value principles.

Key Responsibilities





Pre-qualify bidders and prepare procurement strategies and tender packagesIssue tenders through the selected electronic quotation systemEvaluate quotations commercially and recommend vendor awardsNegotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contractsCreate purchase orders in SAP and oversee procurement lifecyclesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or supply chain managementThree to five years of procurement or supply chain experienceExperience with large, complex construction projectsStrong negotiation, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of procurement software tools, SAP, and regulationsApply construction procurement, vendor negotiation, SAP, and commercial evaluation skills to ACCIONA’s major Ontario Line infrastructure project.
