Lead enterprise transformation adoption at Interac, connecting strategy with execution through delivery frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change. This role supports sustainable ways of working across Canada.
Reporting to the Leader, Solution Delivery Centre of Excellence, you will guide transformation across Product, Technology, Operations, and Corporate Functions. You will develop practical roadmaps, coordinate dependencies, and help teams adopt delivery capabilities. Your work will support enterprise consistency while addressing business needs and operational readiness.

10+ years in project, program, or delivery leadershipExperience leading enterprise transformation from strategy through sustainmentExperience driving adoption, readiness, and behavioural changeStrong facilitation, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skillsEligibility to work full time for Interac Corp. in CanadaBring enterprise transformation, adoption strategy, and delivery leadership to Interac while embedding measurable, sustainable ways of working.
