As Production Shift Manager, you manage shift activities, production targets, and batch processing through charging, distillation, filtration, sampling, and cleaning. You lead production teams while maintaining cGMP, GDP, EHS, SOP, and client requirements. The position supports delivery schedules, audit readiness, and continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration.
