This Senior Business Project Manager will be leading strategic initiatives focused on improving scalability, reliability, operational efficiency, and overall collections performance. The PM will own the initiative from strategy through execution, including business cases, project plans, stakeholder alignment, risks and dependencies, KPIs, and executive reporting, while ensuring technology and automation investments are tied back to measurable collections and operational outcomes.
Senior Business Project Manager / Program Manager, ideally within banking, financial services, or another large enterprise environment.
Collections, Operations Strategy, operational transformation, or process improvement initiatives .
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect project delivery to measurable outcomes such as collections performance, cost reduction, productivity, and operational capacity .




Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership.
