As Director, Change Enablement and Business Readiness, you will guide people and business-readiness dimensions across significant transformation initiatives. Partner with business and functional leaders to connect strategy, process design, and technology change with implementation realities. Your work will address impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communications, learning, and adoption.
