Present roadmaps, metrics, business cases, and recommendations to executives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline

10+ years in engineering operations, PLM, manufacturing, or technical environments

5+ years leading teams, programs, or transformation initiatives

Experience with process governance, PLM, product data, and system integration

Solid executive communication and organizational leadership skills
