Lead IFRS reporting and internal controls at Clutch, shaping finance operations for IPO readiness from Toronto headquarters. Partner across systems, audits, and accounting. As Director, Financial Reporting, you will report to the Corporate Controller and lead a growing accounting and reporting team.

You will own technical accounting, the reporting cycle, external audit readiness, and frameworks supporting NI52-109 readiness. The role combines financial statement delivery, cost and inventory accounting, ERP evolution, and automation using AI. You will translate accounting insights for non-finance partners while building processes for Clutch’s rapidly scaling automotive operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close cycles
- Deliver accurate statements and supplementary financial information




- Design internal-control, risk-management, and policy frameworks
- Lead external audits and statutory reporting relationships
- Build and mentor the accounting and reporting team Requirements:
- CPA with 8-10+ years’ progressive accounting leadership
- Required Big Four experience
- Command of IFRS and complex accounting topics
- Experience strengthening controls and implementing contemporary ERP systems
- Deep manufacturing or complex supply-chain experience Bring IFRS leadership, audit readiness, controls expertise, and precise reporting judgment to Clutch’s finance foundation.
