Lead IFRS reporting and internal controls at Clutch, partnering across finance to deliver decision-grade financial information and audit readiness. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this director leads financial reporting and technical accounting. The work spans close management, external audits, statutory reporting, and complex accounting areas.
You will also partner with Financial Systems leadership on ERP evolution and lead a growing accounting team. Lead audits, statutory reporting, auditors, and regulators Design controls, risk management, and policy frameworks Build and mentor accounting and reporting teams CPA with 8–10+ years progressive accounting leadership Experience strengthening controls and implementing financial systems Apply financial reporting, IFRS, controls, and leadership expertise to strengthen Clutch’s audit and IPO readiness. #
