Direct industrial operations with Ganotec through safety leadership, stakeholder communication, and disciplined project governance. Assignments may follow 14/7 or 10/4 rotations.
As a senior Operations/Construction Manager, you will connect project teams, corporate leadership, and external stakeholders. You will guide Project Managers, establish organizational structures, review progress, and support viable investments from initiation through delivery. Ganotec works across Canada through turnkey, EPC, design-build, time-and-material, and conventional discipline packages.

Degree in engineering or a related disciplineAt least six years’ progressive construction experienceProven large-scale industrial project management expertiseStrong communication, negotiation, and diverse-team leadership skillsAbility to travel across Canada and the United StatesUse operations leadership, project governance, and communication skills to guide Ganotec industrial projects through changing site conditions.
