du posteManos Software recherche un(e) Agent Builder, capable de concevoir, développer et déployer des systèmes d’agents IA qui transforment la façon dont nos sociétés en portefeuille opèrent ou deviennent des produits autonomes pour lesquels leurs clients sont prêts à payer. Vous serez directement intégré(e) au sein des sociétés du portefeuille de Manos Software, en travaillant aux côtés de leurs équipes, en comprenant leurs opérations et en construisant des agents IA capables d’effectuer un travail concret : service client, prospection commerciale, onboarding, documentation, et plus encore. Concevoir et déployer des agents IA prenant en charge des opérations au sein des sociétés du portefeuille de Manos Software : support client niveaux 1 et 2, prospection SDR et outreach commercial, automatisation de l’onboarding, workflows marketing et de contenu, maintenance technique. Collaborer de manière transversale avec les équipes produit, ingénierie et go-to-market. Une expérience démontrée dans la création de produits, outils, projets, startups ou side projects ayant été mis en production. Une solide maîtrise des outils d’IA et de machine learning, des grands modèles de langage (LLM) et des frameworks d’agents. Une forte orientation vers l’action plutôt que la planification excessive. Connaissance de secteurs comme le CVC (HVAC), la santé, le dentaire ou les services professionnels.



Diplôme en informatique ou formation Ivy League. Plusieurs années de recherche académique formelle en IA/ML. Participation au capital et évolution de carrière directement liées à l’impact que vous créez, qu’il s’agisse de déployer une opération IA interne à grande échelle ou de lancer un produit devenant sa propre business unit. Salaire de base : compétitif. Rémunération variable : système de performance attractif, directement indexé sur la valeur créée, calculé en pourcentage des économies internes générées par les déploiements d’agents IA ou des revenus additionnels produits par les nouveaux produits IA.

About the Role
Manos Software is looking for an Agent Builder, someone who can design, build, and ship AI agent systems that either transform how our portfolio companiesoperateor become standalone products their customers pay for. You will be embedded directly inside Manos Software portfolio companies, working alongside their teams, understanding their operations, and building AI agents that handle real work:



customer service, sales outreach, onboarding, documentation, and more. Some of it will become new revenue generating products sold to their customer bases. Either way, it ships to real users.

What You'll Do
Build Internal AI Agent Teams Design and deploy AI agents that handle operational work across Manos Software portfolio companies, including customer support tiers 1 and 2, SDR and sales outreach, onboarding automation, content and marketing workflows, and engineering maintenance. Build External AI Products Develop new AI powered products such as vertical voice agents, AI copilots, workflow automation tools, and AI documentation systems tailored to the industries our portfolio companies serve. Ship and Iterate Proventrack recordof building products, tools, projects, startups, or side projects that went live. Strong working knowledge of AI and machine learning tools, large language models, and agent frameworks. Bias toward action over planning. Experience building AI agents, voice agents, or workflow automation Familiarity with industries like HVAC, healthcare, dental, or professional services Years of formal AI/ML research experience You build things that ship to real customers, not internal tools that collect dust.
