Key Responsibilities
- Own the basesheet development for product categories
- Design trials and execute validation runs
- Convert test results into actionable product recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
- 10-15 years of papermaking experience
- Solid knowledge of papermaking processes
- Project management experience with A3 methodologies
- Willingness to travel 25% across Canada and the US
