You will collaborate with partners, consultants, and technical experts from various industries while supporting an expanding network of business partners. Provide leadership for the engineering function and technical teams; Establish a transparent vision, motivating objectives, and performance indicators; Oversee the design and validation of technical solutions; Support sales teams on strategic projects and major proposals; Strengthen collaboration between engineering, production, and operations; Contribute to the development of innovative technical approaches and solutions.
