Job Summary

Abadi Eighty-Six Interactive is a growing interactive media company with ambitious plans. We're looking for a Director of Finance to lead our financial strategy, build strong systems, and provide the insight leadership needs to make confident decisions. This is a senior role for someone who wants to shape the financial future of a growing business.

As our Director of Finance, you'll oversee all financial operations—planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance—while partnering with senior leadership on strategy. You'll lead the finance function, manage a small team, and ensure our financial foundation supports growth. This is a hybrid role: remote focused work plus in-office collaboration for leadership meetings and planning.

Duties

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership
- Oversee accounting operations, cash flow, and treasury functions
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors,



and external advisors
- Lead and mentor the finance team
- Provide strategic insight on investments, pricing, and growth initiatives

Experience

- Professional accounting designation (CPA) required
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
- Experience in media, technology, or professional services is an asset
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid workplace
- Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel
- Experience managing and developing finance teams

Pay: $168,700.00-$186,000.00 per year
