As Director, Procurement – Global Brands, you will manage strategic relationships with consumer brands, distributors, and supplier partners. The role focuses on marketplace expansion, competitive commercial arrangements, and premium products and experiences. You will collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop partnership strategies supporting revenue growth and member engagement

Lead negotiations, pricing, rebates, and commercial agreements

Recruit strategic suppliers across key product categories

Monitor fulfillment, availability, pricing, quality,



and compliance

Provide partnership insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

Eight or more years in procurement or supplier partnerships

Experience managing high-value supplier and brand relationships

Success negotiating complex commercial agreements

Solid financial, relationship-building, and communication skills

Ability to travel across North America and internationally
