As Senior Legal Counsel, Project Finance, you will support FCC’s recent Project Finance business line. You will advise business and credit teams across origination, structuring, closing and portfolio management. Your work will include secured lending, transaction documents, legal risk and lender protections.

Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degreeMinimum seven years advising on complex financing transactionsExperience with secured lending and project finance structuresEligibility and good standing to practise law in CanadaStrong judgment, negotiation and relationship management skillsBring project finance, secured lending and practical legal advice to FCC’s strategic Canadian agriculture mandate.
