Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep professional, where your energy and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen setting. In this role, you will support the culinary team by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for service. You will also assist with food preparation tasks to help deliver high-quality dining experiences.

Duties

- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning items for service.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including counters, sinks, and storage areas, following health and safety guidelines.
- Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and assisting with food staging as needed.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to promote safety and hygiene in all activities.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.




- Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Familiarity with basic food handling practices and sanitation standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety.
- Experience in catering, banquet service, or hotel kitchens is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude in fast-paced settings.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
