We run a busy, scratch-made kitchen where cleanliness, efficiency and teamwork are essential. We're looking for a Dishwasher / Prep Cook who takes pride in their work, stays organized and takes initiative without needing constant direction.
We want an A-Player who works hard, supports their team and understands that every role contributes to our success.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Washing, sanitizing and organizing dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment.
- Keeping the dishwashing area and kitchen clean, organized and running efficiently.
- Assisting with daily food preparation, portioning and following recipes.
- Properly storing, labelling and rotating food.
- Supporting kitchen and other department staff during busy periods.
- Completing daily cleaning, garbage disposal and opening/closing duties.
- Taking initiative and identifying what needs to be done without being asked.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience (preferred).
- Basic food preparation skills or willingness to learn.
- Strong understanding of cleanliness and food safety.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual and highly organized.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and team mentality.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting and performing repetitive tasks.

Experience
- Kitchen or dishwashing: 1 year (preferred)
- Food preparation: An asset
Work Location: In person Pay: From $17.95 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
