Job Summary

Sous Sol is looking for a Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher is an integral role in our kitchen; they keep kitchenware, utensils, and work areas clean and ready for service. This hands-on role supports an orderly kitchen and helps the team serve execute a high caliber of service smoothly during busy periods.

Responsibilities

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and food-service equipment using appropriate cleaning procedures.
- Sort and store clean items safely, keeping supplies organized and accessible to kitchen colleagues.
- Clean dishwashing stations and nearby surfaces, remove waste, and maintain a tidy, safe work area.
- Assist with basic food preparation or other kitchen tasks as directed, following food-handling practices and team procedures.

Skills Required: Practical cleaning skills, attention to detail,



and the ability to follow sanitation and food-handling procedures are important for keeping dishes and work areas ready for use. Reliability, organization, and clear communication help you coordinate tasks and respond to changing service needs. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Preferred: Restaurant, kitchen, food preparation, cooking, food service, hotel, serving, or hospitality experience can help you contribute confidently in a busy environment.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25.0 per week
