Overview The Dispatcher coordinates freight movement and shipping activities, keeping information accurate and communication clear across the supply chain. This role works with internal teams and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to support timely, organized transportation and dependable service.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate freight dispatch, transportation schedules, and shipment updates with carriers, 3PL partners, and internal teams.
- Use transportation management systems, AS400, or SyteLine to enter, review, and update shipment and order details.
- Support shipping and receiving by tracking freight, resolving routine discrepancies, and communicating changes through multi-line phone systems.
- Apply analysis skills to identify delays or data issues and share timely updates. Your impact:

Requirements Required: Transparent communication, professional phone etiquette, accurate data entry, typing, and the ability to manage shipment details across systems are essential to coordinating freight and supporting shipping and receiving. Preferred: Experience with transportation management systems, supply chain operations, 3PL coordination, AS400, SyteLine, or freight analysis is helpful, along with confidence handling multi-line phone systems and changing priorities.

Pay: $17.60-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
