We're Hiring: Distribution Center Supervisor

? Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 days per week

We are looking for an experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations. This individual will lead a team, coordinate inventory activities, drive operational efficiency, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily distribution center operations, including picking, packing, receiving, shipping, returns, and production activities.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop warehouse employees.
- Manage hiring, performance evaluations, employee schedules, and timesheet approvals.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counting, replenishment, and product allocation.
- Utilize SAP inventory management systems to support warehouse operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, operational workflows, and internal processes.
- Collaborate with inventory control and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.




- Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a strong customer-focused approach while achieving departmental objectives.

Required Qualifications:

- College diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting in a Team Leader or Supervisory capacity.
- Strong experience in warehouse operations and team management.
- Working knowledge of SAP inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
- Must be available to work onsite in Laval, Quebec, five days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Forklift operator certification with practical experience.
- Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
