Reporting to the Senior HR Director, the Senior Manager, HR Operations will build processes, governance, technology, and service practices for a global organization. You will improve employee lifecycle operations, HR data quality, reporting reliability, audit readiness, and cross-functional execution. Workday, ServiceNow, automation, and approved AI-enabled solutions support this mandate.

Experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR systemsExperience supporting employee lifecycle processes in complex organizationsHands-on Workday or comparable HRIS experienceUnderstanding of data quality, controls, documentation, and audit readinessAbility to redesign processes and execute through ambiguityBring HR operations leadership, Workday fluency, and process improvement judgment to strengthen Altus Group’s global HR service delivery.
