The work covers federal, provincial, and state requirements, licensing, inspections, and driver coaching. You will also coordinate testing, audits, training, and emergency responses.

Supervise staff, safety programming, deadlines, and emergency responsesCoach drivers on HOS, cameras, testing, tickets, and permitsTrack inspections, complaints, tickets, and disciplinary supportLaunch campaigns addressing non-compliance trendsLead CTPAT and PIP compliance auditsRequirements:
Five years’ experience in a similar roleStrong DOT, HOS, and cross-border regulation knowledgeSupervisory or transportation safety leadership experienceStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsFamiliarity with TMW or similar systemsBring regulatory knowledge, driver coaching, and audit leadership to Arnold Bros. Transport Ltd.’s transportation safety department.
