As a Senior Database Administrator, you will support BMO’s Mainframe Platform & Application Services team. The position focuses on Db2 for z/OS administration, database design, performance optimization, and production change deployment. You will collaborate with developers, architects, engineers, and business partners across enterprise technology.

Administer, monitor, and support enterprise-scale Db2 z/OS environmentsDesign secure, scalable,
highly available database solutionsDeploy database changes through established change management processesTune SQL and troubleshoot complex database connectivity issuesDevelop security standards, governance practices, and operational proceduresRequirements:
Seven or more years supporting Db2 for z/OS environmentsExperience with Db2 z/OS Version 12 or higherStrong SQL tuning, database design, and administration expertiseExperience with z/OS, JCL, TSO/ISPF, and mainframe technologiesBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceApply your Db2 z/OS, SQL optimization, and mainframe expertise to BMO’s enterprise database platforms in Toronto.
