As Senior Metallurgist, you will report to the Process Plant Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent. You will coordinate metallurgists, technicians, and refiners while supporting protected, environmentally responsible operations. The position emphasizes metallurgical analysis, performance reporting, quality control, cost management, and continuous optimization across the process plant.
