This IAM Advisor contract supports daily operational approvals and strategic IAM modernization initiatives. You will serve as an SME for Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory, while advising on identity governance, lifecycle management, and zero-trust architectures. The work also supports NERC CIP and BC FIPPA requirements.

Review and action IAM-related ServiceNow ticket approvalsSupport Joiner, Mover, Leaver identity lifecycle processesLead IGA strategy, evaluations, requirements, and platform selectionImplement IAM standards, governance frameworks,



and operating modelsIdentify identity risks and recommend remediation solutionsRequirements:
Minimum seven years of IT experienceAt least five years in cybersecurity or enterprise IAMSeven-plus years of enterprise IAM experience focused on IGAExpertise in Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identityBachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experienceApply enterprise IAM, identity governance, and security consulting expertise to modernization work in Vancouver’s critical infrastructure setting.
