Assist Corporate Banking and Investment Banking syndication originationConduct due diligence and in-depth credit analysisStructure, negotiate, and price syndicated loan facilitiesPrepare CIMs, lender presentations, and financial modelsManage book-building, lender interest, allocations, and pricingRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative fieldThree to five years' relevant syndications or finance experienceStrong credit analysis and PowerPoint skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesMBA, CFA, or relevant designation is an assetBring credit analysis, financial modelling, and transaction leadership to ATB's corporate loan syndications practice.
