Position Summary
The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing electrical operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards. This role provides leadership to electrical staff, coordinates daily work activities, and supports ongoing maintenance and project work.

Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and electrical apprenticesEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and electrical codesInspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracyTroubleshoot complex electrical issues and support maintenance repairsMaintain records related to work orders, inspections, and materialsProvide training, guidance, and performance feedback to staffParticipate in continuous improvement and preventative maintenance initiativesOversee the execution of projects to ensure high level of performance, both in safety and efficiencyResponsible for the scheduling duties of all employees, communicating with superintendent, employees and clients.
Make recommendations for change and improvement at the field level.
Identify areas of concern and develop action plans to ensure workplace improvementsQualifications & Requirements




Journeyperson Electrician certification (required)Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical work, including supervisory experience3 years plus of Underground experienceStrong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standardsProven leadership and team management skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentsStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenValid driver's licenseAbility to work day and night shiftsPreferred Qualifications
Valid underground supervisor ticketValid first aidSupervisor training
