Lead commercial retail construction projects for Choice Properties in Toronto, using advanced budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills. This hybrid role requires at least three office days weekly.
As Project Manager, you will represent the owner across current-build developments throughout Ontario and Eastern Canada. You will manage due diligence, design development, procurement, construction, closeout, and turnover. The position requires coordination with Leasing, Development, Finance, Legal, contractors, consultants, municipalities, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project budgets and schedules supporting approvals and leasing negotiationsLead procurement, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor awardsMonitor construction execution, site logistics, milestones, quality, and complianceManage tenant coordination, permits, changes, disputes,



and project closeoutMaintain project status reporting and centralized project documentationRequirements:
Minimum seven years of progressive construction project management experienceAt least five years managing ICI ground-up construction projectsDegree or diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related disciplineAdvanced Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and collaboration platform proficiencyValid driver’s license, vehicle access, and travel availabilityBring construction leadership, financial control, and stakeholder coordination expertise to Choice Properties’ retail development projects across Eastern Canada.
