key responsibilities
as a Project Management Office Manager in Lévis or Laval include: Structuring, maintaining, and evolving project management processes and tools Overseeing a portfolio of complex projects from estimation to delivery Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Collaborating closely with sales during the pre-project phase including estimates, costs, and schedules Managing risks, changes, addenda, and contractual issues Coaching, engaging,
