Permanent | Full‑TimeWe’re looking for a driven, organized, and business‑minded Powersports Service Manager to lead the service department at our high‑volume powersports dealership in Saskatoon. This is more than a management role—it’s an opportunity to run a business within a business.
FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon represents multiple major brands across snowmobiles, off‑road vehicles, motorcycles, and marine. We’re seeking a leader who can drive performance, grow shop volume, and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Lead all aspects of the service department including technicians, advisors, lot technicians and workflowDrive shop productivity, efficiency, and proficiency.
Responsible for monitoring and increasing service profitability.
Build and execute plans to grow service revenue and RO countManage scheduling, work distribution, and turnaround timesEnsure a high standard of customer satisfaction and communicationMonitor and improve key KPIs including labour gross, effective labour rate, parts to labour ratio and technician proficiency.
Collaborate with Sales, Parts, and Leadership to maximize total dealership performanceMaintain strong organization across work orders, warranty, and internal processesRecruit, develop, and coach a high-performing teamWhat we're looking for:
Proven experience in a Powersports Service Manager or senior service leadership roleStrong organizational and operational disciplineA mindset focused on growth, accountability,



and resultsAbility to manage both people and financial performanceExperience in powersports, automotive, or a related industry is preferredComfortable working across multiple product categories and brandsStrong communication and leadership skillsSomeone who takes ownership and treats the department like their own businessValid Driver's license and Motorcycle license.
