Pro-West has been leading the way in Canada for over 20 years, and we’re looking for an experienced technician to run the division at our Regina branch. If you’re a Journeyman Refrigeration Technician or Plumber ready to step into a leadership role — without giving up the tools — this is your move.
The Role
You’ll manage the Regina division while staying hands-on: installations, repairs, and service of plumbing, heating, and gas systems across a variety of applications. You’ll work closely with our senior management team, diagnose and solve problems in the field, and keep downtime to a minimum by working smart and safe. Some travel to other areas is required, along with other duties as assigned.

What You Bring
· Journeyman Refrigeration Technician or Plumber certification
· Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems
· Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
· Willing to work overtime when required
· Gas A or B ticket is an asset
