Brian Jessel BMW, celebrating 40 years of automotive excellence, is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Drive-Thru Attendant to join our Service team.

We are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, maintains a professional and welcoming environment, and contributes to the smooth operation of our Service department.

Your Opportunity

- Welcome and greet customers arriving at the Service Drive-Thru, ensuring a friendly, professional, and exceptional first impression.
- Assist customers with service check-ins, conduct vehicle walkarounds, and direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor or waiting area.
- Maintain an productive flow of vehicles throughout the Service Drive-Thru and backlot while ensuring safe and organized parking.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and service wash staff to support timely vehicle handoffs, pickups, and customer appointments.
- Wash, vacuum, and prepare customer vehicles to ensure they meet dealership cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Inspect vehicles for existing damage before washing and ensure accurate handling of vehicle keys, repair orders, and customer belongings.




- Provide shuttle and valet services as required while following all traffic and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Service Drive-Thru, wash bay, customer lounge, and surrounding areas.
- Support customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, communicating wait times, and assisting with daily Service department operations.

What We’re Looking For

- A valid BC driver's licence with a clean driving abstract (Class 5 required for valet duties).
- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A commitment to safe driving practices and handling customer vehicles with care.
- A reliable work ethic and willingness to support team members as needed.

- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday
- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday
- 11:00 pm to 5:00 pm Sunday & Statutory Holidays
