Position Type: Full-Time (37–40 hours per week)

Compensation: Starting at $20.00/hour (with scheduled increases at 3 and 12 months)

We are looking for a reliable full time Cheesemonger & Delivery Driver to join our team. In this dual role, you will get the best of both worlds: working behind our busy cheese counter offering "Cut to Order" service, and driving our delivery van to handle transfers between stores and drop-offs for our wholesale customers.

What You’ll Do

- On the Road: Drive our company delivery van to manage stock transfers between stores and deliver orders directly to our wholesale customers.
- Behind the Counter: Serve retail customers in our shop with friendly, "Cut to Order" service.
- In the Shop: Weigh, label, and package cheeses; stock coolers, shelves, and displays; prepare orders; and assist with general cleaning and maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

- Driving Skills: Clean drivers abstract
- Full-Time Commitment: Able to work 5 shifts per week. Because cheese knowledge takes time, we need a consistent commitment to get you fully trained (this is not a part-time, seasonal,



or short-term role).
- Availability: Weekend hours are required to grow within this position.
- Physical Fitness: You must be able to lift up to 25kg, stay on your feet most of the day, and work in cold environments like a walk-in cooler or freezer for short periods.
- Core Skills: Strong communication skills, basic math skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean record to operate the company van.
- Equipment Use: Ability to learn and use commercial equipment, including our POS system, scales, slicers, and packaging equipment.
