As a DZ Delivery Driver, you’ll transport and deliver freight safely and reliably, helping customers receive their orders on time and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. This hands-on role combines commercial driving with careful handling of goods and clear communication at delivery locations.
Duties
- Drive delivery routes, load and unload freight, and verify items against delivery records.
- Operate a forklift and other heavy equipment safely when moving or positioning freight.
- Complete vehicle and load checks, report issues promptly, and keep delivery records accurate.
- Coordinate with dispatch and customers about delivery progress, access, and any delays.
- Your impact: dependable deliveries help customers plan their work and colleagues keep freight moving efficiently.
Experience Required: Practical commercial driving skills, protected freight handling, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and maintain accurate records are important for completing deliveries responsibly. Preferred: Forklift and heavy equipment operation experience, along with basic automotive repair knowledge, can help you handle loading tasks and identify vehicle concerns. Related delivery or freight experience is an advantage.
